The public pages set no cookies

The public pages of this website work without cookies, without in-browser tracking and without embedded third-party services. Fonts and images are delivered by our own server; no connection is made to Google, Meta or comparable providers. No consent is therefore required — you will see no cookie banner on this website.

What that means in detail

On the public pages, neither strictly necessary nor functional cookies, neither statistics nor marketing and tracking cookies are in use. We also use no web beacons and no local storage in your browser. The German and the English version are separate pages, so no language preference is stored. Whether a note pointing to the other language version appears depends on your browser's language setting and on whether you came from another page of this website. A script checks both on your device; nothing is stored or transmitted to us in the process.

As with any website, your browser keeps images, fonts and the stylesheet in its cache so that the pages load faster on your next visit. Details are in our privacy policy.

Visitor numbers are determined by our hosting provider exclusively from the server log files, without cookies and without accessing your device. Details are in our privacy policy.

No social media content is embedded. Links to other websites are plain links: only when you click one do you leave this website, and only then does the provider concerned process any data.

Exceptions: the protected area and preview pages

We set cookies exclusively in the protected area under /intern/ and on password-protected preview pages. In each case these are strictly necessary cookies for which no consent is required (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).

Protected area

• Purpose: keeps you signed in and protects the forms of that area against misuse
• Content: a randomly generated identifier and nothing else
• Valid for: only the pages under /intern/
• Duration: session cookie, until you close your browser; the sign-in ends after 60 minutes of inactivity and at the latest after twelve hours
• Provider: GILDEPARTNER, no third parties

Password-protected preview pages

• Purpose: maintaining the sign-in
• Content: the user ID of the preview access, the times of sign-in and of the last activity, a randomly generated access value for the image and video files (changes every twelve hours), a checksum to protect against manipulation
• Valid for: only the preview page concerned
• Duration: session cookie; the sign-in ends when you sign out, after 30 minutes of inactivity, and at the latest after twelve hours
• Provider: GILDEPARTNER, no disclosure to third parties
