Whether property, investment or energy project: you gain access to schemes and partners the open market will not give you — and an honest read on whether a route is worth your time before you put any in.
Behind that stands a circle built up over decades: owners, private and institutional investors, family offices and developers in Germany and abroad. For you it is the short route to the right buyer, the right capital partner or the project that matches your profile.
What we do not do, we say just as plainly: we do not develop projects ourselves, we do not manage assets and we do not advise on legal or tax matters. We bring the parties together and see the process through.

Susanne Wiertzema
Managing Director
Susanne Wiertzema brings long experience in company management and has carried responsibility for several companies within the group for many years.
At GILDEPARTNER she is responsible for the commercial and organisational structures and for the processes that run across the company. She combines entrepreneurial responsibility with the coordination of the individual business areas and provides dependable structures in the work with clients and business partners.
Her long tenure as managing director and her thorough knowledge of the companies and their established business relationships are an important foundation for the continuity and development of GILDEPARTNER.
Andreas Wiertzema
Real estate specialist
Andreas Wiertzema has worked independently as an entrepreneur for more than 40 years.
For many years his professional focus has been on real estate and financing as well as on developing and supporting entrepreneurial projects. Since the early 2000s renewable energy has also formed part of his work.
In real estate he concentrates today in particular on off-market property, land and development projects and on working with investors and owners.
A substantial part of his work rests on personal business relationships built up over many years.
Thorsten Georgs
Real estate specialist
Thorsten Georgs has worked as an entrepreneur for around 25 years and has worked with Andreas Wiertzema for more than 20. For many years a central part of his work has been in real estate.
His experience covers in particular the off-market marketing of property, financing questions and the support of development projects. Added to that are long experience and an established network in renewable energy.
He has also worked on alternative investments for many years. Here he has international connections and serves as a director of a Swiss company. That area complements his work at GILDEPARTNER and extends the network by international investment partners and solutions.
The combination of long real estate experience, entrepreneurial understanding and a network grown over decades is the foundation of his work at GILDEPARTNER.

In off-market business it is the confidential handling of information that decides whether a matter succeeds. That is why the circle of participants stays small, the communication stays personal and the contacts stay the same.
