We review new schemes continuously and bring suitable investors together with developers and construction companies at an early stage.
What we handle
In new build we work in particular on:
- apartment buildings, especially with four to six units
- semi-detached and terraced developments
- individual new apartments, for an existing portfolio or as an investment
- land with planning in place or building consent granted
- projected new-build schemes
- turnkey buildings and buildings close to completion
Current energy standards play a central role in many of these schemes and form part of the assessment.
From scheme to building
We support projects at every stage.
Some schemes reach us as land with planning, others as a consented project and others again shortly before completion.
Depending on the stage we look at which investors come into question, which documents are needed and how a scheme can sensibly be structured.
Here too: we do not act as the developer or construction company. We bring the parties together.
